Privacy Policy
How we handle your data. Plain language, no surprises.
Who we are
AIDoesWork provides AI workers — software that acts as an employee for your business, handling tasks like inbox management, bookkeeping, billing, and calendar work. We are based in Auckland, New Zealand.
What data your worker touches
To do its job, your worker needs access to the systems you connect it to. Depending on which worker you hire and what you connect, this may include: your email inbox (subject lines, sender names, and message bodies needed to triage and draft replies), your calendar (event titles, times, and attendees), your accounting or billing records, your files and spreadsheets you explicitly share, and the business information you provide during setup (your company name, your name, and the names of people you ask it to reach). Your worker only accesses what you authorise it to access — nothing more.
What we do with your data
Your data is used for exactly one purpose: making your worker do the job you hired it for. Your data does not train our models. Your data does not inform any other customer's worker. Your data is not sold, shared, or monetised. When you stop using AIDoesWork, your data is deleted from our systems within 30 days.
Your control over access
Your worker's access to your accounts is granted by you, through standard OAuth consent screens (Microsoft 365, Google). You can revoke that access at any time — directly from your Microsoft or Google account settings, or by contacting us. Revoking access stops the worker from touching your accounts immediately. You can also delete your AIDoesWork account at any time from your console settings, which removes all your data from our systems.
What we store
We store: your account details (company name, email address, the worker you hired), your worker's configuration (the rules and preferences you set), the work your worker produces (drafts, reports, summaries), and logs of what your worker did (so you can review its activity). We do not store your Microsoft 365 or Google account passwords — we never see them. Authentication happens through those platforms directly.
Third-party services
We use Supabase (a database and authentication platform) to store your account and worker data. Supabase servers are hosted in the Sydney, Australia region. We use Resend (an email delivery service) to send you transactional emails — sign-in links, confirmations, and notifications your worker produces. We do not use third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising services on our site or in our product.
Cookies and tracking
Our site sets only the cookies necessary for you to sign in and use the product — session cookies for authentication. We do not use analytics cookies, marketing cookies, or any form of cross-site tracking. There is no advertising on our site or in our product.
Legal jurisdiction
AIDoesWork operates under New Zealand law. Your data is governed by the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. If you are based outside New Zealand, you agree that your data will be processed in accordance with New Zealand privacy law, which provides protections comparable to most international privacy frameworks.
Your rights
Under the NZ Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to: know what personal information we hold about you, request a copy of that information, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and ask us to delete it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at khushnoor@billswiser.com. We will respond within 20 working days as required by NZ law.
